Oh, blush, how I love it so! Blush was the trending color for the 2015 wedding season here in Seattle and it amazed me how each bride added their own spin on it. Some chose to have everything soft and muted, while others took a more bold statement on how to accent their blush flowers. Charlene and Bryant chose a blush color pallet for their flowers, but opted to use navy and gold as their accent colors. Bridesmaids wore navy dresses and the groom and groomsmen wore gray suits.
The wedding was held at the Sand Point Country Club in North Seattle on a beautiful day in August. Both being swimmers it was only fitting they be married next to the pool! Large arrangements in gold vases flanked the ceremony area and an arrangement of rose petals was scattered down the aisle. And of course - an adorable ring bearer carried a sign made by the bride! I think that little guy may have stolen the stage for a few minutes.
Navy linens and gold chargers adorned the tables. Two types of centerpieces were created to add variety to the room which had both round tables and long tables. The long tables had garlands of greenery and a variety of unique gold bud vases filled with simple arrangements of flowers, while the round tables had a larger arrangement in mercury glass compote vases.
Once again, the team of Rick + Anna Photography captured the day perfectly. Thank you Rick + Anna for the beautiful images and thank you Charlene and Bryant for allowing me to be part of your special day.
